Allergen information
Last updated: 14 July 2026
Please read this before ordering. Everything we make is handmade in a small kitchen that handles cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, soya, nuts and peanuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from any allergen.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell us when you message us and we will give you the full ingredient information for the item you want before you order.
What is in our kitchen
Our recipes regularly contain, and our kitchen always handles, the following of the 14 named allergens:
- Cereals containing gluten (wheat, in flour and biscuit bases)
- Milk (butter, chocolate, cream cheese)
- Eggs
- Soya (commonly present in chocolate)
- Nuts and peanuts (in some products, and present in the kitchen)
- Sesame may be present in some bought-in ingredients
Because everything is made by hand in one small kitchen, cross contamination is possible on every product. If your allergy is severe, please take that seriously when deciding whether to order.
Ask us. Always.
We will always give you the full ingredient list for any item, before you buy it. Message us on WhatsApp and ask. We would far rather answer ten questions than get this wrong once.
Raw cookie dough
Our edible cookie dough is made with heat treated flour and without raw egg, so it is made to be eaten as it is. Do not eat ordinary shop-bought raw dough, which is not safe.
Storage
Our products are handmade and contain no artificial preservatives. Keep chilled, and eat by the date we give you when you order. We will always tell you.
[CONFIRM BEFORE THIS GOES LIVE] This page states what is typical for a small handmade dessert kitchen. Every line must be checked against what is actually used in the kitchen, and the exact ingredient lists confirmed, before this page is published. Do not publish allergen claims that have not been verified with the person doing the baking.
