Delivery & collection

The short version. We are a small Leeds kitchen. You can collect your order from us, or we can deliver locally for a small fee. Because it is fresh, chilled food, we agree a time with you and we need someone there to receive it. We do not post nationwide.
Collection
Collection is free. When you order, we will agree a time and give you the collection point in [CONFIRM: AREA, e.g. LS10 / south Leeds]. To keep everyone safe and organised, please have your name or order details ready when you arrive.
For your privacy and ours, we do not publish a street address on the website. We will give you the exact collection details when you place your order.
Local delivery
We deliver around Leeds and the nearby area, roughly within [CONFIRM: DELIVERY RADIUS, e.g. 5 miles of LS10]. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just ask when you message us.

Lead time
Everything is made to order, so we are not a same-hour service. We usually need [CONFIRM: LEAD TIME, e.g. 48 hours] notice, and more for large or event orders. If you need something sooner, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Please be there to receive it
This is fresh, chilled food. We cannot leave it on a doorstep, in a porch, or with a neighbour for hours, because it will not be safe to eat. Please make sure someone is available at the address at the time we agree. If nobody is there and we cannot reach you, we will bring your order back, and we may not be able to refund it, because fresh food cannot be re-delivered later or resold. If a delivery goes wrong because of something on our side, we will always make it right.
Storing your order
As soon as you receive your order, keep it chilled and eat it by the date we give you. Our products are handmade with no artificial preservatives, so they are at their best fresh. We will always tell you how to store it and how long it keeps.
Ordering
All orders are placed and arranged by WhatsApp. Message us with what you would like, where you are, and when you need it, and we will confirm everything, including the delivery cost, before you pay.
